Name this song (dont know the title or artist)

OK the wife is really starting to annoy me now. Well, I am getting annoyed as I cant find this song she is on about yet I know what it is when she says something to me about it.

Basically it has or close to the lyrics as follows..

"What do I want to live for, what do I want to die for" something along that during the chorus.

Now after trawling the internet for an hour I cant find it GRRRRR :mad:

It has been on Radio 1 the past few weeks so it shouldn't be to hard. 1 Billion points to the person that can get it before I go to bed Grrrrrrrrrrr.

That was 1 of MANY places I went to, I had itunes loaded up to try and find the song if there were any on the playlist I didn't know of.

It is a bloke singing, he is quite young/new to the music scene.. If I remember right Jo Whiley was comparing him to Amy Winehouse on R1 a few weeks ago... I could have the wrong person in mind though, but I'm pretty sure its the same guy

I knew the second I saw his name that you had it. In a bit of a weird way I had the feeling his name was "Chris" but didn't point out to the mrs as my name is Chris (generally I am quite childish at times to her with my ego) so I didn't want to give her the chance to have a pop at me.

Catchy tune, but is stinks of music business A&R marketing - lets get someone who sounds like a male Amy Winehouse and get him to sing songs that are just like Amy's.

It's amazing - 15 years ago it was boy bands, 10 years ago girl bands and now Duffy, Amy and Bryn plus all the others in the pipeline.

One thing I really hope the internet will achieve is helping truly original bands to get attention.
