Man Sentenced to Life After Setting His Best Man on Fire

The article seems like it only gives half the story. No hint as to the motive. I can't imagine someone would do something like this without some kind of reason...

no matter what the reason is there is no way anyone would say "oh well at least it was justified"

hes obviously a pure nutcase. probably why he had no money to pay for his wedding , no job and no respect

It doesnt say why though. I just find it hard to believe he would do something like that to a person who did so much for him AND was his best man. It makes no sense. Other half of the story required.

That must have been the most tasteless, vile and degrading "your mum" joke ever... one so powerful that no matter who you are or who says it, you instantly go into a frenzy.

my guess is that his friend got greedy and wanted to lend some money and he said no so it ended up in a argument and so on

Maybe the crazy suggestions made on here like "Ovary punches" are actually taken serious by people?

Careful with your words people - someone might be writing your suggestions down!!

The victim was giving inches and Barnes was taking miles. I hope Barnes gets raped and gets regularly beat till finally he kills himself by hacking for hours at his wrists with a plastic bread knife from the cafeteria after completing almost 14 years in prison.

Then has to go to purgatory where he waits to go to heaven but must wait and wait. Finally realizing after almost an eternity that it's not purgatory but hell. Just at the breaking point of his mind and sanity he is visted by Barnes who in heaven by now visits his old friend and offers his hand in forgiveness, compassion and understanding. As soon as their fingers touch, he looses all senses and must sit in the ultimate shadow and finish his eternity in the dark.

Then justice will have been served and I suspect he will be sorry. No - sorry would an understatement to an infinite degree.

Thats what I would be hoping for if I were Barnes.

hope your passing that around what ever your smoking!

plus how many people you wished this up on?

*Offers cyber toke to Rybo*

If somebody did that to me I probably would hope awful things happen to them. Nothing worse than feeling powerless to stop injustice.

I usually conjure bad things happening to people who've harmed me. It's like a stress reliever. No such thing as a thought crime and I'm judged on what I do not what I think. After a day or so I forgot what happened move on to other things but Barnes won't be forgetting for a long time.
