Geil Ultra or Black Dragon?

Get what you want really, I have the Black Dragon and prefer it over my old Ultra (now in another PC) as I found the orange heat spreaders too in your face. One thing I did notice however is that my old ultra can become extremely hot after my PC has been on for a while but the Black Dragon, while lacking heat spreaders is lukewarm after days of use. Not that this affects performance in any way but it does give me a little piece of mind.

I'd get whichever one you prefer the look of really if you're not going to be doing any overclocking, there certainly shouldn't be any problems using the two.
 
I didnt really have the ultra ones but I can definitely recommend black dragons, both will be good I guess. However I would go with one set if I was going to upgrade.
 
Either Black Dragon.. or actually get a set that rated higher :p

For example OCZ's PC8500 DDR2 (1066Mhz) HPC. Very cheap at the moment.

If you can get a good price on your current RAM, then get the 4Gb kit, else just get the matching memory type.

er.. cancel order... and order the ultra! Unless your getting JUST black dragon (i.e. 4gb), then get the ultra to match your current stuff.

Re-reading my post, I meant to say get 4gb black dragon and sell your ultra stuff :) Sorry, I in no way made that clear!

Once again, if you are JUST getting 2gb memory now, then get the ultra to match your existing memory.
