What is the ultimate snack?

For those of you on extremely strict fitness/nutrition regimes...

What is your snack of choice? When the rest of us reach for a packet of Walkers or a Mars, what "snack" is tasty, fufilling yet low in fats/sugars?

If you are on a super strict cut then you would be eating small and often, meaning no need for snacks :p

what snack you can have, should you need it, depends on what else you have eaten or are planning on eating for the rest of the day.
 
I usually have a banana or a Big Corny (some German cereal bar which has a name that implies it's a large **** with corn in it)
 
I usually have a banana with nuts, seeds and dried fruit. Or hummus dip with cheese sticks or raw veg (carrots, celery, etc). Or if I feel like a slightly bigger snack then just one or two boiled eggs, or a wholemeal tuna pitta bread with salad.

This is making me hungry!
