Love it! However, this is OCUK and expensive watches are generally frowned on. For reasons I've yet to fully understand.

I'd guess as some here see it as a massive waste of money.. it is a device that tells the time.. and that is it. Funny thing is that most of these expensive watches won't be as accurate as a radio controlled £25 watch.

Suppose some see it as a piece of jewelry. I see it as a waste of money! But each to our own

OK, but so many nice things in life are a waste of money in that case - why do watches always seem to get stick It's quite clearly more than just telling time - in the same way that driving a nice car is more than just about driving from A to B. Why spend thousands on a computer to score a million 3DMarks - when it will be outdated and old tech in months....I can't think of a bigger waste of money. I could go on and on. I just find the double standards quite mind-numbing

i know what you are saying but it seems more acceptable on here to flame a watch for just telling the time yet being £15k than to wander into motors and flame an EVO for just getting you from a to b

I have actually seen the meteorite dial in the jewellers. It's different, but not that impressive to be honest.

In the white gold models, I like the silver dial with black sub-dials and Arabic numerals.

I've gone off rolex a bit. Am in love with JLC and Panerai watches at the moment.

Saying that, the air king with the blue dial and the orange numbers does tickle my fancy. Just gotta hope this year's bonus is tidy
