Chavs can afford plane tickets!!

What makes them chavs?

Let me see..
Smuggling their own alcohol on board
getting off their face on it
Smoking in the toilets
Being aggressive when told they are not having any more.
Threatening the in flight attendants
Attempting to fight a flight attendant
Using foul language
and last but by no means least....

Trying to open a bloody plane door at 35,000 feet

to be fair lots of people act a bit "chavish" especially when drunk, maybe not to the excess of what these 2 women did though ,that doesnt mean all those people are chavs

they are definately drunken yobs though and should be dealt with harshly for doing something so dangerous

none of that makes them chavs

could quite easily be students :D

the term 'chav' is thrown around too often now. They are drunk idiots not chavs. Also chavs can afford plane tickets, have you not seen the state of Aiya Napa, Mallorca, Zante or Kavos?

There is a whole world of difference between being totally wasted and staggering into bushes to be sick on the way home from a heavy night out , to acting a complete and utter tool that tries to take on the world at every opportunity.

The latter in that case I do indeed class as chavvy.

We can all get seriously drunk, it's how we act when in that inebriated state that counts...

and on that bombshell, I'm off to see Batman... SOBER :p

A pair of 26 and 27 year old women, drunk, fighting staff and trying to open the plane doors at 35,000 feet, on a budget flight to Kos, are chavs.

You can't open the doors anyway?

How do you suppose people exit the plane in an emergency? The doors have to be able to open from the inside so people can get out in the event of a crash landing. People sat nearest to the doors are instructed how to open them if needed.

Lol

In an emergency you wouldn't be pressurised. Not many people want to jump out of an exit at 35,000ft. Sadly the slides dont reach the floor from there :p

Good luck trying to open a door that opens inwardly with a 7psi difference.

I guess he's referring to the altitude having an effect on the door being able to open. I think he's right, not too sure though.

Mm ba ba de
Um bum ba de
Um bu bu bum da de
Pressure pushing down on me
Pressing down on you no man ask for
Under pressure - that burns a building down

I meant that it is possible to open the door without needing it to be unlocked by anyone else, hence the plane being diverted. Not that it would be possible to open at that altitude.

Also remember that not all planes have doors that open inwards.

So why did you say let them open the door at get sucked out ;)

It's amazing the number of idiots we get just like this. The police are often coming to pick them up and they find themselves in deep ****. The airline will nail them to the wall for everything they have when they touch cabin crew.

Its amazing the number of people that soil themselves as well.

If it wasn't one of the few ways to make money on flights then alcohol really should be banned on flights.

Remember that not all planes have doors that open inwards, some open outwards.

Your welcome to try and overide the pressure against the stops to try to open it and they always move inward first.

Or like the 737 with its outward opening escape hatch has flight locks when the throttles are pushed forward to automatically lock the hatch.
