what do you use for inspiration?

as a web designer I have to come up with some nice designs for sites etc etc, some times I run dry on ideas so look for inspiration.

I found a lot of good ideas over at http://www.bestflashanimationsite.com
when Im making dance music I find listening to happy hardcore gives me ideas on making samples.

I was just wondering what do you use to inspire you?

if you ever played rome total war, the 1 hour soundtrack is the kind of tune that i call war music, hardcore techno and rock etc is hype but not inspirational
