A new search engine? Cuil!

just because you dont see it on the front page doesnt mean its not held on a seperate document. and no javascript still doesnt matter, it still has more functionality than cuil.

just typed dsg in cuil search - no results
typed in google suggest and not only did it give results but as I typed it give most likely suggestions too. thats what cuil is up against. they got a long way to go. and what google is doing should be web standard by now, its not like ajax was made yesterday nor is it difficult to make.

no linked documents? what do you think happens when you press submit? just because you dont see a link to an external document, doesnt mean there isnt one listening.
It is impossible to "listen" with HTTP request applications.

I typed in Cuil and it couldn't even find itself...

I quite like the idea of the explore by category box, although it's suggestions are only about 20% relevant at the moment.
I've set Cuil as my Firefox default search as i like the privacy policy. I'll see if it stays there after a week or so!

Big problems so far, but I think Google started out with issues too. I'll see how it grows tbh.
