removing stock cd player from clio

as title does anyone know how to or have a link to a guide of how to remove the stock cd player from a 2002 clio?

Just need to pop some rods/those stereo removal hook things, into the 2 round holes either side of the head unit and it slides out.

Play about, even without the keys you should be able to improvise something. It is easier to do if you know the cage layout before hand.

I had a 2001 and now have a 2008 clio......two small screw drivers inone side at a time
get one side out the go to the other side (making sure not to let the other side drop back) and presto it comes out.... when you put the screw driver in there is resistance, just push past it and it'll loosen out..

you say you dont have the holes ?? is it the tuner list cd radio...???

Yup just need things to poke down them, like small scredrivers, anything will do.

Use 2 coathangers bent into a U shape - ie with two prongs
Align them up with the holes on each side and push in - easy peasy

or cut the coat hanger in the middle of the centre section and be done with it, it'll pop out in secconds.

ah got it, my brother's friend came round who has a clio and popped it out in 2 secs with a couple of screw drivers

cheers anyway. also had to remove the light from glove box so i could wire my ipod in
