Logitech EMEA Delivery

Logitech sent my replacement mouse yesterday and have provided a tracking number.

It's been sent by EMEA, does anybody know which company Logitech use?

my stuff comes dhl but thats cos im on the iom im sure is ups in the uk

UPS in my experience. Then they ask you to cut off the USB cable of your faulty product and send it back. Which always seemed bizarre.

they only do that when you email em in my experience if you ring them they dont bother

I got asked to send the end of mine back today.. But she said the replacement was on the way anyway.. Whats going to happen if i dont bother sending the end back?

Yep, it's UPS, the tracking number worked on their website, thanks

Probably nothing at all. When they receive it it probably goes straight into the bin/recycling for extra parts, I doubt they even check who it's from.
