We haveIt is a spider, we have all seen them.
Ye tehre was one of those in my bathroom on the back wall behind the toilet...Bit annoying as i needed a poo.
Its ok I sorted him out with a well placed hit with a rolled up magazine...
We have?
Seriously, it's a spider. Go to Indonesia for a while and then say that spider's big.
In indonesia we had Banded Sea Crates during mating season slithering around on the island and beach, between our huts. Spiders were the last thing on our minds (right after the 5 foot monitor lizards).
wiki said:The Laticauda are often active at night, which is when they prefer to hunt. Even though they contain one of the most toxic venoms in the world, Laticauda are usually not aggressive towards humans.
So what? I had a 6 Lions, 2 Tigers and a couple hundred Zebras walk through my garden this morning.
Don't see me taking pics though do you?![]()
I'm not sure. I think they are, but they dont count cause they live in the sea. I thought the official one was the Black Mamba.
I can't understand why people kill house spiders and the like. Ignorance I guess. They're not doing you any harm, and without them we'd be overrun by flies and other insects, so they're beneficial.
Sick. I would have asked for beans + bread.
Im pretty scared of the spiders that the OP posted, although I'll never kill one. I'll always try and catch it with something then get it out the house.
I do remember when I tried to catch one above my bed, and it lept out of the container just as i caught it and landed on my bed and hid. Suffice to say, I did not sleep in that room until I caught it.
