Saw S2 aaaaages ago, but it's an absolute corker.
Read all 3 books on holiday this week... had watched the series (1 and 2) prior to this, and although they deviate from the books significantly... the casting, the atmosphere, everything is just spot on. Absolutely cannot wait for season 3.

It's a great show, Dexter is an excellent Anti Hero and that British Women (from Hustle), she's great in there - a character great for the audience to hate~ (in a good way mind you)
The series is based on books! The first season is based on the original book, but has some changes, while the 2nd season is original for TV, but contains the odd reference to the 2nd book (mainly with Doaks). 3rd season appears (from the trailer) to be once more, completey original.
It's very much worth it, there are parts of the 3rd book which are a bit silly, but the rest of it is absolutely brilliant. Easily on par with the series.
