well i got a digimate 24" (same one as OcUK, but from a competitor) AND had it for 2 weeks now, but cant tell if its TN.

when i go to the right and left, so that my head is completely right or left of the pannel, everythign turns into a red tint, and if my head is bellow the bottom or top of the monitor, its stats going into some weird colours (cant place a colour, but its like its a shiney black)

so is my pannel TN or not?

Just tell them the truth. If it was advertised as a *VA panel then you didn't get what you paid for. You're fully entitled to a refund.

Why not buy one from here instead? From what I gather ocuk have sorted out their "contaminated batch" problems, and even if you are unlucky enough to be sent a TN they'll arrange for a courier to pick it up and replace it with zero cost to yourself, at least that's what they did for me. GL.

well everywhere i've seen it, it's been advertised with the 6ms G2G, 1000:1, 500 cd/m2, 178/178 (or even 180/180) spec....so shouldnt be TN Film. The AU Optronics AMVA panel mentioned above would be more like it! It could well be that they are swapping panels out for TN Film (And yours certainly is), it's not uncommon for the less known manufacturers to do so and hope no one notices. if you bought it from a place advertising the spec i just mentioned, i'd return it, as it's clearly not AMVA

yep i did. called them up, they said they must have had a bad batch, as they got a few back, and are collecting it on monday, and will then by Wednesday deliver me one that definitely IS a non TN panel.

what's the best panel that DGM have used?

good thats made me feel better that i didnt spedn that extra £50 and loose the customer Service :)
