Are there any guidelines on what companies should / have to offer in regards to holiday entitlement.
I was told today " we need to have a chat about your holiday in September you've booked".
3 x 5 = 15 days...
I was told today that my entitlement is 18 days + National bank and public holidays.(which is correct according to my contract) and I'm supposedly "way over that" apparently.
(I'm not aware of taking any days off this year TBH)
My old place offered around 25 but it was never a problem and if I took more days off than I had allowed then I simply didn't get paid.
It's normally fairly relaxed here but the attitude today seems to have been a little anal
