Polish text message translation (please)

So...met a girl at work and now i need someone to help me communicate. Anyone who can write decent polish could you please help me translate a message?? Can you either pm me or add me to msn or somethingn similar. Haven't posted on here in a while but i know one of you guys will come through.

maybe i can learn!! she understands most stuff - just some things i can't explain - plus if u were polish - might be nice for someone to say something in native tongue sometimes?

Only thing I know in Polish is "krótka piłka z mojej strony, robisz pałę czy nie?" which translates as "Would you like to go for a drink sometime?"
