Pillow case covers

Basically, my pillows have a nack for constantly attacking me with sharp feather ends whenever I lie down!
I bought some pillow case covers from Dunelm Mill which don't do the job at all, just makes the pillows thicker.
Anyone know of any that actually stop feathers from attacking me?!

I hate feather pillows...but that is probably something to do with asthma

I hate feather pillows for that reason. Plus the dust, they go flat etc. Hollowfibre all the way for me.

You want a duck or goose down filled pillow really, then you don't get the spiky bits. I saw them in M&S for about £25 and up yesterday.

Down pillows are better than feather pillows as you don't get attacked by any sharp pointy quills because there aren't any. Down pillows are softer, though, so if you're planning on sticking with the ones you already have I can only suggest you buy some pillow protectors (though it would seem you're the one in need of protection!).
