Police Taser boy with broken back 19 times

This is really odd, I can't see how anyone could be so stupid in today's world knowing all these taser stories to go ahead and do something like this

Oh well at least the boy will get som mullions for this.

Yeah he was in some pretty bad pain anyway falling 30 feet and breaking his back what's a little extra tingle. Probably made him forget about his back pain too :p

Cops are fags. At least we're safe in the know that they will live a boring life with little money and die with no friends.
Best hope you never end up a victim of crime then with that attitude. So a few bad apples mean the entire force should be taken outside and shot, yes?

Do you know any people who work in law enforcement? No, thought not. With attitudes like this no wonder society seems to be going to hell. :(

Just do as I do and put killa_ken on your ignore list, he seems like someone with constant roid rage, not sure how he has stayed on here for so long.

"He refused to comply with the officers and so the officers had to deploy their Tasers in order to subdue him," Capt. Thomas Rousset said

He was laying on the ground with a broken back, exactly how subdued does a suspect have to be. And what was he a suspect of, jaywalking & falling off an overpass. That hardly warrants tasering the poor scrote 19 times.

And what exactly was the trail of thought here, he is laying on the ground and not moving when we order him to, lets shoot him 19 times with a device designed to stun and render the target immobile.

I think the Ozark Police should review their recruitment criteria.

Unless it happened on the London Underground, then he would have been shot five times in the head and the officers involved would have been charged with breaching Health & Safety legislations.

Sorry, but if a copper shouts and tells you to stop running, you stop running. Simple.

Eh? If you dont comply you deserve the death penalty? Even if you pose no threat, and are carrying no weapons? You still believe it is right to shoot somebody in the back?

In your "recommendation", what if you were innocent, and in your view, running away from an attacker. The attacker is chasing you. Police officer shouts to "stop running" (both of you), since he doesnt know who is guilty/victim. You dont hear him, since you're further and trying to get away before your attacker gets you. Police officer opens up with an M16 on both of you? Or do you stop, let the attacker catch up, and pray that the police officer gets to him before your attacker finishes you off.....

** Authorities say their use of a Taser weapon should not be questioned, because they were trying to help Hutchinson to safety.

"It's a big concern for the officers to keep this guy out of traffic, to keep him from getting hurt," Rousset said.

LOL - so we tasered him instead... come on, someone here is making this up!

The police though didn't know that did they, they had been told he had a bomb, if he'd have stopped he'd probbably be ok. Unfortunately he got to a crowded area where warning him would likely result in him setting of the bomb (or at least as far as they knew) and so the only way to protect the passengers form the bomb they thought he had was to kill him.

Lets put you in that situation shall we;

You're told this guy has a bomb that he can se of in an instant/few seconds, he makes it into a crowded rail car, ( after not heeding your warning to stop) do you

A) say oi you, and hope for your sake and those innocent people he doesn't set it off

Or

B) shoot him and save the rail car full of innocents

?

Yup yup yup. My point exactly. Going a little off-topic now though, sorry.

It looks fishy to me, One of my mates is a polliceman, and since he joined the power has gone to his head a little bit, i also met some of his colleagues.....again same problem. I know not all the poilice are like this, my uncle isnt, but the younger recuits are, and that is not good.

He didnt run.... if you "believe" the reports, he wasnt even challenged up till the bullets were fired....

Like you said, we're getting off topic....

I never said he ran...

But you never answered what you would do in that situation, yell and hope he doesn't set it off or shoot him.

You said they suspected he had a bomb, there was nothing suspicious about him what so ever according to that article.

Just another case of lying and incompetent police.

They had been told by intelligence agencies he had a bomb, so as far as they where concerned he had a bomb.

And you all seem very very unwilling to answer what you would do in that situation...

They were not told by ANYBODY he had a bomb.

They were watching a block of flats where he lived as it was believed the actual suspects resided their too and when he left for work they were told "it might be worth having a look at him".

What i would do in that situation, is go and have a look at him and see if he was one of the people we were after.

I wouldnt murder him and make up a pack of lies about the incident afterwards.
