Halo 3 confirmed for the PC?

F.E.A.R Combat, reasonabley OK-ish game, FREE! fast action, and naff graphics!

Allthough i recon Halo 3 will need a beasty rig to play well!

Have you seen it? It looks pretty bad. The soldiers faces being a case in point. Ive seen better rendered soldiers in company of heroes :rolleyes:
 
i was in a computer store today and they had a pc on display and it had on the screen do you want to run the halo 3 exe was just about to run it but couldnt as the assistant came over,but it was halo 3
 
Hope news is true. I played Halo on PC and loved it, one of my all time fav's and played Halo 2 on X-Box. Not as good but still liked it!
 
the halo series are among the most overrated pieces of **** ever released

i cant believe the hype surrounding these games

are console gamers really that dumb :rolleyes:
 
For a game series that apparently sucks, it sure generates a lot of debate and passionate people ranting for/against it, doesn't it?

There's something amiss. The more one argues it down, the more you actually lend the game credence.
 
Halo 3 is the most annoying game ever, ill freely admit im addicted to it and cant stop playing now till i get my level 50 as its caught my competitive edge. but rest assured when i do ill be snapping the disc, burning it, and possibly urinating on it as well. i absolutely HATE the game due to the fact it is so badly coded, noob friendly, and requires 80% connection, 15% luck and 5% skill. Its basically written in the code to only give the host to americans and make sure the english lag to hell.
Iv got o2 20meg and ping under 10 on CS 1.6 (the 2nd greatest game ever after cs 1.5) and i lag to hell on halo3.

halo 3 on the pc would be too easy unless they change all the auto aim etc and basically make it nothing like halo. if i could play halo3 with a keyboard, mouse and no XBL lag i would beat anybody.
 
Halo 2 Vista is extremely poorly made in that regard - the auto-aim is wild with the 360 pad, and anyone who uses it dominates over mouse and keyboard users. I've never lost a DM match if I'm the only one using it.

Not that anybody ever really plays it anyway. The poor H2V numbers are why Microsoft made Windows Live Gold free recently. They better make H3 XP compatible because frankly that was the most retarded thing I have ever seen, making a game Vista-only. Way to absolutely stunt sales.
 
Oh, Halo 3 - such a cute retro game. Makes you feel 5 years younger, like it was 2003 again. With a small difference - back then, in UT, you would send one secondary one primary from shock rifle and enemy was in pieces, now it takes two, three reloads of highly inaccurate soap bubble gun to even strip paint off the walls. ;)
