I think you can get FF 1 to 6 on the Gameboy advance. Final Fantasy 7 to 9 etc. If only there was one console I could play them all on.
If you wanted to play FF 1 to 13 which consoles would you buy?

Good luck getting a copy of FF7, it goes for a pretty penny these days.

With a little knowledge it is able to play most SNES/NES/GB/GBA/MEGADRIVE/PSP/PS1 games perfectly.
this would cover FF1-9
and chrono trigger/cross

I'm not sure if FF1 came out for PS1 but I know that if you have a BC PS3 you can play 2-12 (minus 11) on it.

Yep, get a PSP and a PS2 for FF10 & 12.
FF 1 and 2 are on PSP
3 and 4 are on DS
5 and 6 are on GBA
7 8 9 are all playable on a PSP again
10 10-2 12 are all PS2 only afaik.
11 is the online one.
Thats the most modern way to play them afaik.

Get a PSP for FF7 crisis core. Playing all the FF games is going to take you a very long time. Good luck.
Really? How much? I have it on the peecee in a big white box and on the psx w/ black label.
are they worth anything?
I wouldnt say so. An auction is ending in 42 minutes with a bid of £10.02 and £2 postage and packing for a PS1 black label one...
And on the PS1 as Final Fantasy Origins. Not sure if that's NTSC only or not though.

Wasn't some of the early FF enhanced for the PS1 under the name Final Fantasy: Origins or something like that?

True, but I didn't think they'd been updated for the PSP had they? Thus you aren't really losing anything.
