Can Liverpool win the title this year?

What a silly question, if Arsenal get another good midfielder like Veloso they have a good chance though

It's between Chelsea and Man Utd. Don't think teams like Arsenal, Liverpool, Tottenham or Everton really have much of a chance.

are you lot a bunch or tards or what it was just a joke kinda funny youtube vid :)

oh i seee, i just like the opportunity to slate liverpool cause they are nearly as deluded as the geordies, they not even a big club, never won anything, rubbish fans, no history, poor players all round, and they all stink.

You're putting Newcastle and Liverpool in the same category? In terms of silverwear? lol.

i'm sure that kid would have the same response if you asked whether spurs will get to within 20pts of arsenal this season. ;)

I think Liverpool have a chance to be honest. This is the first time since the start of the Premiership I've felt this way. You get the impression that Benitez learned his lesson with the whole resting of players and they were a solid side at the end of the season. Now with players like Skrtel used to the pace and Agger back to a level of fitness within the squad they already have, they now have one of the best forwards in the league in Robbie Keane.

More likely than Spurs finishing 3rd :p

Boro fans are nearly as bitter as the bitters, but i suppose it's natural when you're the smallest side in your area ;)

As well as the best forward in the league :)

We'll be closer but im making no predictions on how close we'll be.

Liverpool habitually lose points against those around them - Man Utd (and Chelsea to a lesser extent) lose points to those much lower down

Without any rotation madness, or what appeared to be rotation, Liverpool will be up there at the end, especially if they get through Christmas/Jan well
