British Men Would Choose Their Cars Over Their Wives

A new survey by the AA in Britain has shown that a vast number of British men would give up their wives and partners before they'll give up their cars. Three per cent said they'd give up their relationship before going carless.
A whopping 15 per cent of the 18,547 men surveyed said they would prefer to give up drinking and holidays than their car, four per cent would give up their pets and three per cent even said they'd quit their job.
79 per cent of those surveys said they couldn't imagine their lives without a car. AA preisdent Edmund King said: "Despite the doom and gloom of fuel costs, the vast majority of motorists still enjoy driving."
