My missus has a 51 reg and she has never had any kind of major mechanical or electrical failure with it. She bought it brand new and since then has taken it in for servicing once a year (and associated servicing stuff - oil, filters etc), MOT at the same time and, apart from that, changed the tyres once. I know, I didn't believe her at first either!clio's can be more trouble than they are worth....so many things have got wrong with my 02 plate clio, it's unreal. It's regularly serviced by renault and it's still the bain of my life.
I can't wait to get my one series!

Full service history all stamped up,Cambelt and ancillary belts all replaced at 56,000 miles.Nice after market Multi spokes shod in Michelin rubber,Stainless steel exhaust,all the usual extras plus a flip front CD player with 10 disc in the boot and a 600 watt amp,6x9's in a stealth parcel shelf!
Goes like stink i must say it is a very impressive little car. Will take some photo's tomorrow.
