Hi there, I'm just putting a guitar onto eBay and I was just wondering if anyone knows any statements or sentences I should put in to save myself from getting screwed on technicalities.

E.g. I withhold the right to withdraw this posting at any time. (or something, I don't know if that's one but its the closest example I could think of.)

Clearly state your accepted payment types, sold as seen, no returns, no refunds, shipping to UK only, timewasters will have their balls severed with a junior hacksaw etc...

List your preferred method of payment as Direct bank transfer/cash/cheque. Do everything possible to avoid Paypal.

As your new to Ebay, any payment made to you will most likley be frozen for 21 days until you receive good feedback. Its a joke - be careful

21 days!? Why do they do that? I've been given good feedback as a buyer for years, I'm currently on 100% good, but does that mean squat until I get feedback as a seller? That's ridiculous.
