Cruise control won't operate below 30mph.

To set, you first turn it on (button on left side of steering wheel), then press set (+). After that, you can press (+) or (-) to go up or down in 1mph notches. You cancel the cruise by pressing RES, hitting the brake, or OFF. If youve cancelled by using RES or braking, pressing RES again will resume up to your previously set speed.

If you're like me, you'll wish the buttons had a backlight on night journeys until you get used to the position/feel of them!

its probably the most basic cruse control ever lol, no digital read out and buttons don't even light up, i don't think ford are too good with 'attention to detail' stuff, could be worse though, could be a vectra

The Mk4 Astra has 3 buttons on the end of the indicator stalk, one for set and the others for + and -, very basic but really easy to use .

If it does need rear subframe bushes, use aftermarket poly ones, realy easy to fit with no bonding like Ford ones.

i recently had my bushes changed on my 03 mondeo after 75k miles, they kept the car over night so the new ones could set.
