For £2.49 with the metal tin.

Anything I should know about before playing? I never played system shock but I have been curious since a lot of people speak highly of it.

Last FPS games I played was Crysis and COD4 but from the looks of things they don't look to much like the style of Bioshock.

Not sure if its been fixed with a patch but it doesnt properly support widescreen and cuts the top and bottom or something to fit widescreen, There was a little utilty available to fix this.

Like I say not sure if the original game has been patched to properly support widescreen

Hope this helps

I Payed £35 for it too.

I have played through it completely 3 times, and regard it was money well spent.
Deffinitely had £35 worth of enjoyment out of the game.
So for £2.49 its an absolute steal !

Yep, Widescreen FOV issue is fied as well, with the latest patch obviously. That and you can disable the funny VITA chamber thing's, which a lot of people do. But it's up to you obv :)

Guess I'm one of the few who thought it was only "decent" ?

Awesome story, fantastic setting and stunning graphics let down by distinctly average FPS gameplay. IMO.

It could have had more variety concerning enemies etc...But I thoroughly enjoyed it.

I was disappointed by it but it still rated as the best single-player FPS I've bought in recent years.

I agree partly. The story was pretty lame though, the setting was great but the story implemented within it could have been better. The ending was shockingly bad. Sound was the best thing about the game, absolutely perfect.

Never completed it, got past the plot-twist and got bored. It was a step forward for games in terms of storytelling, atmosphere and artistic direction but a leap backwards for game play imo.
