Asus Striker 2 Extreme Missing Accessory

Hey All,

About a month i built my new system with the Asus Striker 2 extreme, and noticed it comes with 1 Asus fan, but learned it should come with 2.. but im confused, some reviews have 1, others have 2

i guess its too late to do anything now?

If you bought it from OcUK just send them in a webnote, I'm sure someone will post you one out.

I think it's optional, just had a look at the manual and mentions how to install the optional second fan, (page 2-17)

I just sent them a webnote, i only ticked on due to the fact im installing a water cooling kit in the next few days (pictures to come)

So long as you still have Case fans with decent airflow you do not need them small fans.

My P5E only comes with one fan.

The Striker II Formula and Extreme both have 2.

Think at the last count i had 4 of those optional fans from various asus boards ive used over the past few years.

Same here. I don't use it anyway as, 1) I took the heatpipe thingy off, 2) It's a whiny little thing anyway.

Yeah, i sent them a webnote, so ile wait for a repsonse, i also emailed ASUS to see weather or not it comes with 2 for sure,
