dragons den , pc guy owned

It's not bloody hilarious.

Peter Jones is comparing apples with oranges. The pitcher knows this but has to be ridiculed because he can't counter-ridicule whilst he needs to impress the remaining dragons.

Basically Peter Jones could say whatever the hell he wanted and he was always coming out looking better.

Yeah, I don't what what everyone is getting so worked up about Jones didn't say anything very clever nor the other guy anything very silly...

They would never invest in a million years. The guy had nothing.
No patents nothing of value and over estimated his company worth by at least 100x.

All he was doing was under clocking everything. Which means that they probably wouldn't run anything media intensive.
Wasn't buying green components just efficient components. The guy was just stupid.

Agreed. For some reason PC Pro seem to bum Very PC and that's why he had those pointless awards that he seemed to think guaranteed him investment.

All he had was a PC or Server with off the shelf components. All big computer companies now know green sells and once Dell, HP, IBM, Apple et al get involved Very PC will get buried.

He deserved their wrath for not getting the message if nothing else.

makes good tele.

Yeah James Caan said that he was told not to be so nice :p in the first series he was in he hardly invested in anything because he failed to see how he could invest in something that was pitched to him for 5mins without business plans etc...

Obviously he's lightened up a bit now ;) choc box guy from series one has gone on to make a mint...

BB x

Because he did, he didn't have a product and over valued his company by 100x+

Sure, but plenty of people do that and it wasn't really what the Peter-on-Peter argument was about. I'm not even sure what it was about which is why I have a hard time seeing how the guy was "annihilated".
