Red button on your digital tv, BBC Sport online has loads of stuff, and BBC iPlayer.
Also if you are in a country where the main broadcaster does not have rights to show the Olympics, you can get official IOC sanctioned highlights on Youtube.

Yeah it was on bbc 1 at 7pm although I believe you can press the red button and see them at any time

When you have found a source you have to watch the swimming race of the century, the mens 4X100 freestyle relay.
The whole race was just awe inspiring, with a dozen National, Olympic and World records broken, and the French did pretty good.

The womens 200m swimming race, not one but TWO medals.

And the mens relay as mentioned was pretty good too!
