I'm not sure how many of you saw/remember my thread about our 48 mariothon a few months back, but it was a huge success with over 10,000 individual views of our live broadcast and We raised over £200 for Whizz-Kidz, a charity working to help disabled kids in the UK.

Later this month we're undertaking our second challenge, to play through all 7 tomb raider games from start to finish in 48 hours!

We'll be raising money for whizz-kidz once again so please visit our site to make a donation and to view our live web cam feed and chat and cheer us on.

We'll be raffling off each game we complete to people who donate through our justgiving page, so make sure to use your forum username when you donate or email my trust account and let me know.

Wow that's quite a task I have to admit, have you guys finished the games before then? If so will you be playing them through from memory or using any help at all (guides etc)?
 
you're right it is gonna be tough, I've played through about half of them, as a group though we must have played nearly all of them I should think. When we ran the mariothon our viewers were making maps for us in mspaint and giving us directions over the chat channel!
 
That will be tough, each Tomb Raider takes a very long time to do if you've never played them before. The levels are massive, convoluted and intricate. It'll take you 6 or 7 hours just to do the first one alone.

Yep, you're exactly right mate, I've played through 1, 2 and 7 recently just to give me a bit of a refresher and they took around that time, assuming they all take about that long we should JUST be able to do it, but I'm not holding my breath, at the end of the day it's a bit of (extremely exhausting) fun and a chance to help out the kids :)
 
Good luck as its all for a good cause. I'll watch the Olympics with one eye, you with the other :) Thats if its still on when your playing.

thanks mate, you've also just given me a sweet idea for a little game/challenge we can play while we're stomping through tomb raider :)

Yeah good luck dude it sounds like a great thing to do anyway. All in the name of helping charity.

Good luck with AoD, that game drove me to insanity with the bugs, although it does have one or two very nice looking levels.
