Very tempted by one of these - looks to be the perfect phone ?

Please post views and experiences !

Blackberry beater ?

Iphone for grown ups ?

Perfect business/leisure combination ?

I've used one and it's the best phone Nokia have ever made. Great build quality, stable software, GPS, 3G, WiFi, decent keyboard, amazing battery life...

There's only two downsides at the moment - the camera isn't as good as the N-series big boys (N95/N82) and there's no Blackberry Connect for it yet.

Great phone, bought one on PAYG for £230 last week. Top notch build quality, has that premium feel. Software is very response, Nokia maps loads up in seconds.

Need try before you buy, the keyboard is not to everyones taste. Anyone with big hands might have trouble typing.

Only downside is lack of email functions, no Blackberry and HTML support. Also camera isn't great, mine has a purple tint problem but I never use the camera.

Got mine this morning - first impressions. It sure is one sexy looking bit of kit ! Much better in the flesh than in the photo's. Can't believe how slim it is and the feel and build quality is superb.

More reports later :)

Nice one. Which network was that and did you get it from the highstreet or online? I quite fancy this phone myself and £230 is a good price.

Do 3 sell the really nice dark steel model or just the dodgy white/silver model?

They sell both.. been in store and tested the dark one.. and called them on Monday to get an better upgrade then the could offer instore, which they gave me so received the dark steel model yesterday! Loving it so far! :)

Got a question though.. is it worth installing the F-Secure Mobile Security or would you either leave it or install something else?!?

Cheers
Tom

There are zero viruses for the version of Symbian that the E71 runs. Installing AV software will only eat up your battery life with zero gain in return.

Can anyone answer the op?

And that in english is?

The phones are locked to 3 but you can unlock via customer service for £15, but the phone is too new and CS wouldn't have the unlock codes for another month. I had to pay £20 to get unlocked from a mobile phone repair shop.

Buying from a 3 store is £230, online is £240 as you have to buy it with £10 airtime.
