When did Steve McClaren become Dutch?

It sounds like the interviewer is the English one and Steve Mcclaren is a foreigner with limited English vocabulary.

What a donkey. He has only been over there for a few months and already forgot how to speak English. I think its quite insulting to the dutch as well

Why does he need to think he has to speak in a dutch accent to an English speaking reporters.

I doubt he will ever get a job in football in the UK.
 
I couldn't even watch the whole interview. His English is embarassing, why on earth did he think it is a good idea to speak in a Dutch accent? Maybe thats why he failed as the England manager, because none of the players understood a word he was saying?
