The point of free delivery is to reward people who support the shop by giving good advice to people who need it. Hence why it's linked to the forum.

Are you not scoring a little bit of a own goal here by offering free delivery "soon" will it not cost you revenue as people will wait to place their orders as and when free delivery is available?

No one Etailor will ever be the cheapest all the time on every item, its impossible.

However I do disagree as OcUK is right now and at times the cheapest by far on certain items and also has exclusivity on certain items. NVIDIA GTX 280 and 260 are mega cheap at OcUK compared to our competitors amongst several other items.
 
Is it possible to have a switch on the website that allows us to view 'inc. VAT' costs, rather than 'ex. VAT'?

If there is already one, then I cant find it!

I competitor I dislike has this, it's actually a very nice feature, but I don't know how much effort it would be to do that...I think the competitor only added it with an overhaul of their site.

You are cheaper on some products yes but when you factor in delivery the saving is negligible at best.

How many customers have you lost by being late to market so to speak with things such as free delivery and finance options?
 
interesting stuff - my motherboard (i think) has just gone capute so will be awaiting this later today to purchase a new one me thinks!!

Which reminds me - anyone is Ayrshire area that can help me test a few components to confirm that it is my motherboard???? PLEASE?
