Going on my first proper Stag weekend today until Sunday.

We are camping out and doing various activities such as paintballing, off road buggying, bbq, pub crawl etc...

I am thinking of some ideas of stag-ish things to do but having never been on a do before I am not entirely sure.

I have so far dug out some stupid fancy dress items for the pub business.

A couple of the other lads have hi-vis gear for the stag to wear at paintballing and of course antlers.

I have just dug out a large england flag which would be ideal for the journey up (tie it to the car) and also for marking our base camp with! Need to cover it in some fancy limerick or such, any ideas?

The bunch I am off with are a right mix, army lads, marines, firemen to name a few. All like a bit of drink so should be a heck of a laugh.

Any other ideas or stag-do stories would be fun to read.

Stag do stories..........mad 4 days in Ibiza for the opening last year ;)

Had an excellent time, most of it aint for the forums though :D

You don't need a flag to tell everyone that you're drunken English louts out on the razz.
 
I was told an (apocryphal?) story recently about a stag group who hired a boat. They groom was asked to sign a damage waiver, but it was really a document to change his name by deed poll to "B A Baracus"

I pity the fool as he did not have time to change his name back before the wedding.
 
Stags don't wear clothes at paint ball, also you have to play "hunt the stag" basically everyone buys as many paintballs as possible set the stag free (normally in not a lot of clothes) then go hunting :D

Also stags have hoofs so can't use a paint ball gun.

With the group of professions you've listed there i'd probably say biscuits. Preferably digestive because they're the most absorbant. You don't want to lose any of that precious man fat!

This still happens. I was out for a day in the Borders with the other half and we went into Jedburgh for a meal in the evening, and this poor lad was chained to the lamppost, with his pants pulled down to his ankles. His mates were stood around him in a half circle laughing themselves sick. When he saw us he started screaming, "Think of the tourists, Jedburgh will be ruined!". Personally, I thought it was funny :D
 
I knew someone who worked at a building suppliers and crane hire place. They basically strapped him naked to a pallet, attached the pallet to a crane and lowered him over the road and left him while they had lunch next door in the pub ... I don't know exactly how it happened but something went wrong and they broke his wrist in the process of getting him off the pallet
 
I had a really horrible trick played on me on my stag do.
There was also an Hen night and they put the two of us together, blindfolded us and made us snog.
It was quite nice and when they took the blindfolds away she was snogging a woman and I was snogging a man:eek:
For the finale they stripped me off and tied me to a lampost outside a Gay pub called The Antelope which created a lot of interest.
