Well you can try emailing them, but otherwise, just be happy that you have the opportunity next time :) OcUK are really great for helping out customers in these cases though.
 
Damn man, as soon as you get the 32GB SSD's in stock properly you release this little bit of news...

I'm moving house so budget is tight... free shipping, cheap SSD... maaaan I really want one :(
 
FANTASTIC news:))) The reason i buy VERY little from ocuk is mainly due to shipping costs, i usually buy from ocuk's biggest competitor as i get free shipping on orders over £20 for life, now and again ocuk's prices are cheaper but after £6 or so postage its extremely rare that it ends up cheaper.

Hope you make this a permenant offer as its the biggest reason i shop at the biggest competitor over ocuk.

You might wanna put a min spend of £15 or so though, you dont want people buying a 10pcs dvd-r for £1.50 and you paying £3 postage.

Can you also allow collection as a delivery type so we can order online and collect 1hr later, its a great feature that other stores have, saves queuing and will make your picking more productive.
 
well i hope this last a couple of weeks atleast...planning on ordering a cpu motherboard psu and ram so saving a few pennies on postage will be good

nikebee, how did you get 10% discount?? I wouldnt get the 500gb f1 if i was you, it uses 250gb platters, go for the 640gb wd instead.
 
OcUK sent out discount codes to everyone who hadn't bought in 6 months.

My girlfriend hadn't bought from OcUK in a few years I think, so she got the voucher. I've got Free Postage on my account and used her voucher code on the order.

Saved £20 odd quid with the voucher and about a further £10 or so on Free Postage... bonus! :D

640GB WD is another £5 more though. It generally tends to be the forum guys that look at the platter sizes etc. The majority of customers just go on price points or brand.
