the stories he has given me (if true) fit fine with him not been online.
but the 360 is online everyday. I try messaging him through it (my old live acc) to which he responded too, but I was at work and missed him. Just wanted to chat to someone who knows him personally :)


I do trust him (his trust is ok, and people i know have dealt with him, heck i have before.) I just want to put my mind at rest and sort this money out

That doesn't really mean anything, whether you've dealt with him before or not. You don't know the guy, and many a-person has been ripped off by someone that had done a lot of deals, built up a bit of trust, and then gone for the kill on some naive sucker with little sense.

If the XBOX has been online every day and he's avoiding you... well... to my eye it doesn't take a genuis to figure it out.
