What is the Best Nivida Drivers out? My Card is the 8800GTS 512MB G92?

I have the very first driver betas that had physics...Has their being any updates to them? Much Performance boost?... I don’t really keep an eye on Graphics Driver releases

Not always the case, I have far less problems with the 177.79 betas than the 177.41 WHQLs, I've found the 177.79s to be the best since the 169.25s, which were last WHQLs I considered to be worth keeping.

guess it does vary on card to card and system to system. i tend to stick to whql drivers since i dont like doing beta testing for free :)

http://www.xfastest.com/

Just have to look through there for them as its in chinese, but its there you go now, they took over Nvidia's drivers months and months ago.

If i was still on Nvidia id let you know what the latest ones were, but im back on ATi, so i dont need to go searching through a chinese webby for mine now as ATi still do them, they havn't passed theirs over to someone else like Nv.

As thats who does Nvidia's drivers now.

im really not getting what yur playing at, maybe your trying to be clever or something but its failing real fast.

if your not aware nvidia released some new drivers 3 days ago, and couldbe had from www.nvidia.com, why your saying that nvidia has stopped making drivers and has left it up to some chineese site to sort out is just not making sense

?? unless xfastest pull out whql drivers before nvidia does i wont be paying that site a visit at all.
if its beta drivers that site is leaking out then thats what LoadsaMoney shoudl have mentioned insted of making it look like nvidia have totally stopped driver support and left it up to some chineese website to do.

It makes perfect sense, Xfastest does Nvidia's drivers now, 5/6/7/8 series owners are running the latest 177 sets now from Xfastest, not those ancient 175.19's that Nvidia still have up.

Yeah that'll be the same 177.83's that have been up at Xfastest for ages then, Nvidia will have just got them from Xfastest to host themselves, as they like to put a new driver up the same day ATi launches a new card.

Probably because everyones getting ****** off with having to search through Xfastet for them, so they'll be waiting till Nvidia gets them from there and puts em up on their site in English, as Xfastest is chinese.
