heres my o/c settings can you please check them and advise whats my best option here. its the system memory multiplier setting im unsure of should this be as close to the stock memory of 800mhz as possible ?

temps are a bit high running orthos but ill get a better cooler soon when i change my pc case also i will never be putting that much load on it anyway, i have been running orthos for 35 min now and it seems stable enough so far.

GA-P31-DS3L - pci freq has to be in auto otherwise it wont clock above 345mhz
GeIL 2GB (2x1GB) PC2-6400C4 800MHz Ultra Low Latency.
E2160 with stock cooler

(1)___________________________
3.25mhz (9 x 362)
cpu voltage 1.392v (using cpuz)
system memory multiplier 2.0x = 724mhz
or
system memory multiplier 2.4x = 869mhz

(2)_____________________________
3.2mhz (8 x 400)
cpu voltage 1.392v (using cpuz)
system memory multiplier 2.0x = 800mhz

(3)_______________________________
3.24mhz (8 x 405)
cpu voltage 1.392v (using cpuz)
system memory multiplier 2.0x = 810mhz

From your info I'd try 8 x 400 but with less volts.

Ran my E2180 happily at 8 x 400, seems to be the sweet spot for the E series.

is it important to have the system memory multiplier set so it is at 800mhz or does it not matter so much if its above or below this value ?
