Do you think they will ever offer Vista 64bit on their Laptop/Desktops ?

If you bought a Dell machine with Vista, just phone up and ask for the x64 disc. I did (vista ultimate) and they sent me one out.

Depends how you talk to them. Polite, and if they give you a hard time then polite but firm, then ask for your call to be escelated

Believe me I've tried everything. Just used the MSDN disc in the end with the product key from the sticker.
