If that is Chez (Pretty sure his is D5 COS), i'm surprised it wasn't above Doningtons 98dba limit, that thing is awesomely loud.

That's not Chez...unless he's de-tangoed and added black vinyl stripes to the side of the car...and changed the wheels...and smoked the rear lights...

Nice pics :)

In the pic with the Sierra Cossie and the Evo, is that just an optical illusion as the the Evo looks so much bigger then the Cossie?

Not me unfortunately - I was at V festival for a mate's stag do. I do have some smoked clusters sat here though as part of the winter revamp of the old shed.

The track action has got mixed reaction from what I've heard - loads falling foul of the 98 db noise limit, including a bog standard evo with a bung in the exhaust :(

Dingy's old skool escort with the crazy exhaust is just silly. It is front engined and packs a very powerful yb. He had to reduce the boost to only 20 psi to get under the noise limit, but there are stong rumours that it usually runs a 40 psi spike in the midrange - probably why it was going forwards not sideways as usual. :D
