I don't see anything morally wrong with the first two. Weird, but consenting adults is the key. Actually, the second one isn't even all that weird - it's not like they're blood relatives. The third one, well it depends on how old the daughter is, how much the mother is pressuring her and how long she's been doing it.

My only serious concern would be the first two and children. Having children with a close blood relative is a bad idea.
