**OcUK Crysis 1680x1050 VERY HIGH Settings Top List**

Some score that Acid, for amd Athlon and Single GT??? - that's only one frame off my Quad 9650/SLI 8800GTX:confused: Well, if that's what it says, and you ran a instructed then it's totall legal - i guess, but seem rather high somewhat:eek:

Nope it doesn't just had a quick look it says Samsung SM920BM 19" LCD 1280x1024


It's possible to run higher res in this benchmark ( i ran 1920 for example on a 1680 moniitor) but the result will probably be default Monitor settings (1280 in acids case) BUT it could also be 640 res (that what happens in some games when i don't apply a widescreen hack - or something in DOOM, Need for speed carbon etc.:)

Its deffenitly 100% not doing it at the right settings or the benchmark app is reporting the wrong averages. Even at 1280x1024 those results would be not right too.
 
Odd thing is, my monitor only supports 1680x1050 max, and I tried 2048x1536 and the performance was actually what it would be at that res, even the text in the top left corner was a lot smaller so it appears it displays it even if your monitor apparently does not support that res.

er no. i reserve the right to delete any freakish scores. :D

sometimes i might not always get it right but let's face it, this one is pretty easy... :)
 
57 | 18.635 | steve258 | intel q6600 @ 3330mhz | nvidia 8800gt 512mb @ 745/975/1862 | Windows Vista 64bit

This score is about the nearest i could find to acids system and as you see the gt is pretty heavily overclocked compared to acids. So yea thats 1 freak score. Acid gets nearly twice as many fps.
 
lol will try it at 1280x1024 like antx777 said and post the restuls. tis strange like that it would'nt say that you cant go up to that higher resulotion.
 
Im trying to do this again for my 4850, but each time the benchmark loads, it starts up single player, and not the benchmark. Any ideas ?
