But are you chasing someone else that looks like him with a camera? no you're not.

The point of the thread is not to find out who knows who Phelps is. The OP asked youto watch the video, you don't have to know who he is, just that some chinese are chasing some reporter around because they think he is a gold medal winner.

Pretty much, but not on purpose. I don't watch TV as there is never anything of much interest on and in the evenings after work I like to relax and not be filled with news. :)

I'm not a fan on newspapers either, about the only time I have to read one is on the train, and I prefer to sleep on that. :)
