I don't think I'm in psychological distress, to the point of social isolation. And i don't feel suicidal :)

Nope, not yet. It takes time. Also, you would be unlikely to experience all the symptoms, just a few.
Just forget about it, nothing you can really do to such a minor "defect" at your age, your body is about to change massively.
You were worried about it enough to post it on the internet. However, this is bordering on medical advice, Soo...

Excercise, eat, sleep properly, and you will be fine.

Im not on a wireless network so i dont think that applys though its a first for me so i dont mind its just another for the book

On subject, at 14 i was 10 stone and not a pick of fat on me, between the ages of 15 and 18 i never moved from 11 stone, if you was any lighter than 5 stone youd have issues, for you to think you have a fat belly at 5 stone you have issues, i dont mean this nastily just stating an opinion.
 
Breakfast will usually be toast and porridge, lunch varies from things such as soup to tortillas etc, dinner will be chapati ( roti) with a big portion of vegetables. + snacks like 6/7 pieces of fruit and things like yogurt, a couple of biscuits and the like, Well gents, I'd love to stay and chat but family guy is on bbc.

Get some more fats and carbs into your evening meal.

Or better yet make two portions of the meal and have the other 2/3 hours later.
 
You need to see either another doctor or eat more things. 5 stone is the weight of an average new born baby, not a 14 year old manchild! *
