I'm going to try to work on it, to me, you must be a giant, no offence meant
Haha, if I tried to be mature, it would be like trying to meat : just won't happen. I'm incredibly immature, the reason I started this thread is because I was confused. But thank you for the compliment, good sir
Ok straight to I'm 14, small and skinny for my age ( around 145cm, and 5 stone in mass) but I have, what I believed to be a fat belly. I went to see the doctor, she said there wasn't much fat there, I just had to eat lots of fruit and veg to open my bowels and my belly would go down.
Now to my limited knowledge, some fruits take more energy to consume than they provide. But they also contain natural sugars so should not make you starve to death by lowering your blood sugar levels.
Despite this I eat loads and it doesn't help my hunger. Eg: last night I had an orange, an apple, 15 strawberries, a banna and yet I was still hungry. So I had a packet of crisps, and after that all was well. I am concerned because I also want to get rid of the little fat I do have around my abdomen.
Any advice/comments welcome

I'm just expressing myself the way I normally would, if less maturity is to be shown by a 14 year old I guess it's an indication that some people in our society are going downhill, there is a girl at my school who said "The capital of africa is jamaica"! how did she pass the exam? but I digressThe person you're replying to is right - your posts show more maturity than is to be expected from a 14 year old. If you are "incredibly immature", it doesn't come across in your posts, which are far too coherent to be seen that way.
Actually a few weeks ago I bought a set of York Dumbells with the view to do a small amount of weight training, so every now and again I do a few dumbell excercises.
Thanks for the advice, also I am supposed to have some sort of protein straight afer a workout in order to help the muscles rebuild quicker. ( sorry I've had a bad biology year, have been doing lots during the summer to get me back up to standard)3 times a week![]()
My sister was a vegetarian, then she did a BSc in Biology and an MSc in Nutrition. She gets offended by the idea of vegetarianism now.
There is one thing I can say to all of you who can't comprehend vegetarianism: More meat eaters and less veggies in the world contributes slightly to the rise in food prices we are and will continue to experience
