A police station is a public building. You are entitled to sit in reception. Now turn the damn computer off and get down there to make sure you are there for her as soon as they've finished.

I've already been down to see her and calm her down so she can talk to the police coherently. Hopefully the other car will be leaving soon so I can go to the station too.

Seems like he has gone to see where but something is stopping him from going to the station.

That actually made me chuckle in real life.

Very true - all I ever seen in ben's replies (not matter how serious the thread) is a snide comment. It starts to grate.

My complete sympathies however go to the OP's girlfriend.. send her some internetz hugs from OCUK!
