Creamfields 2008

Tempted for the Saturday over Sunday, but the bugged out tent would be awesome!

Cant afford either really, all my ticket money is going towards 5 nights at warehouse project!
 
Quick update for this. Expected more coverage from the forums considering its this weekend.
Any of the loyal trance fans going or is the lineup too weak for them? I know im going to be in my element with the electro, house and erol alkan. The weather doesn't look amazing either.
 
I will be there in my parrot hat from Global again :). First time Cream have done a 2 day event so should be interesting to see how it goes!
 
Im only doing the saturday as I doubt I can handle the camping on a massive downer and have a family thing on monday. This new two day could be a godsend or an absolute disaster.
 
I was thinking of going with the gf on the saturday (i work during the week so it was the only convenient way really) because the lineup looks awesome...

she didn't really fancy it

i get sad every time it gets mentioned on radio 1 (about 10 times a day)

Im getting the train from chester station and meeting a few friends at liverpool station then getting the shuttle bus to the event. If you wanna tag along then your welcome.

Yes Sunday looks amazing but I just can't get my head around the 11pm finish.... seriously one of the most ridiculous things I've ever heard. Gutted. So going on the Saturday now, doesn't look as good but at least it goes on past the kids bedtime lol!

saturday is on till 6. A msssive fuss they've made about it is that compared to global theres exactly the same number of hours in total that dj's are playing for. They've just got a ver very long day on the saturday, which is usual for creamfields
 
To all that are going, you make recognise me and my chums by some distict T-shirts which light up to the music.... rave tastic.

Really really looking forward to this... not the drive there and back mind!

Saterday finishes at 4am and sunday starts at 11am.

If you look on the Police website it tells you the times:

Gates open 9am Saturday, Music 3pm-4am.

Sunday Music is from 12pm - 11pm.

wooo im rather excited now hopefully we will get some good inteviews + pictures too on the famous double decker bus :D

9am car parks/camp sites open
2pm arena opens
3pm music starts
11pm main stage closes
4am arena closes and all music stops - campers must return to their tents and non campers must leave the site

Sunday August 24th

10am arena opens for campers
12pm music starts
11pm arena closes and all music stops - campers must return to their tents and non campers must leave the site

Monday August 25th

12pm campsite closes
2pm car parks close

The line up for sunday is excellent imo, im rather excited now tbh :D

Its finished early on Sunday so you can all nip up the motorway to Syndicate to see Prydz :D

I dunno kids these days!

4am will be an early finish for me :)

Then a nice 10min journey home to my bed, then up and ready for another hard day at it :D

I just hope my missus doesn't go into labour!
