Would anybody be able note the steps they took in order to acheive the results? Just so it's easy to learn what's going on?

Tommo did a damn good job there imo.
Would anybody be able note the steps they took in order to acheive the results? Just so it's easy to learn what's going on?
On mine I messed around with the levels, bought the right hand side over to the left, and moved the middle adjustment over to the left. Then went to Filter> noise>reduce noise, and had a mess around with that.
Then finally blurred the whole picture a little.
actually quite amazing how much the photo can be rescued.
