I don't want them to go

They are an important part of our industrial heritage and it does seem a shame to lose them. We often look back on historical buildings, how will our children be able to do the same if we just nuke everything?
 
I was in Sheffield for 4 years and they really are an icon, it was great to look out across the city and spot them in the distance

There was quite a few on the bridge on my way back from the match this afternoon taking pictures, Don't see the attraction myself.
 
I remember thinking the same thing when the demolished Meaford power station around here.
