Disgusting behaviour, he's lucky it's just a lifetime ban, if I were in charge (yeh, it's lucky I'm not tbh) he'd be facing assault charges and his whole Country would have been disqualifed from the Olympics.

No he looks like he used his palm on his neck, I don’t think he head butted him.
