Haha, reminds of a Simpsons joke. After Bart gets caught shoplifting, Homer is screaming at him and says. "We live in a society of laws. Why do you think I took you to all those Police Academy movies? For fun? Well, I didn't hear anybody laughing, did you?"

I haven't watched one of these movies in years. I remember laughing at a couple of characters in the movie but the actual funny situations, circumstances didn't seem to do much for me

High tower and the guy with the magnum (i forget his name)

Love them (apart from 7 which really is bad), but I grew up watching them which is probably why I still like them. I wouldn't expect anyone watching them for the first time now to like them.

I actually bought the first one on DVD a few months ago, and found it mildly amusing (although possibly not as amusing as my brother trying to pretend he didn't know me at the checkout;)).

haha i forgot about that lol :p

The voice man is the only funny thing about those films!

BB x

Larvelle Jones in the film apparantly or Michael Winslow as he is better known, got to agree, he was clearly the funniest thing about any of the films. Aside of course from wondering how far they were going to try and push what is essentially a one trick pony of a film idea.
